Germany's Christian Reichert and Ana Marcela Cunha of Brazil won the 10km FINA Marathon in Eilat.

Reichert took out the men’s race in 1h53:29.50 ahead of compatriot and 2012 Olympic silver medallist Thomas Lurz (1h53:34.05) and US swimmer Alexander Meyer (1h53:38.00).

Ana Marcela Cunha won the female race in 2h02:53.15. Germany's Isabelle Harle’s was second (2h02:53.40) while Italy's Martina Grimaldi touched home exactly two seconds later for the third place (2h02:55.40).

The next race will be held in Cancun, Mexico, on April 13.
