ANTWERP - Mariya Baklakova of Russia set the new championships record for the women's 200 metres freestyle winning the european title in 1:58.59 at the Junior championships in Belgium on Saturday. The former mark was 1:59.19 by Camille Radou of France, Prague 2009.
