Lituanian Meilutyte, Hungary's Hosszu and Miley of Great Britain set new European marks at short-course World Championships

ISTANBUL - Ruta Meilutyte of Lituania has broken the women's 50 metres breaststroke European record at the world short-course championships in Istanbul.
The Olympic champion swam 29.51 in tonight's semi-finals, 0.04s faster than Germany's Janne Schäfer in 2009.
