Fissneider wins second individual gold medal in a new record time. Hisham, Yamaguchi set new marks

LIMA - Three new champioships record were set on the fourth day of action at the world junior championships in Lima, Peru.

Lisa Fissneider of Italy won her second individual breaststroke title taking the 100m breaststroke cronw in a record time of 1:07.71, lowering her record of 1:08.47 set in thursday's semifinals.

Farida Hisham of Egypt won the women's 50m butterfly in 26.69 and beat by one-hundredths of a second the mark set by Vanessa Mohr (RSA) in the semifinals.

Finally, Japan's Akihoro Yamaguchi won the men's 200m breaststroke in 2:11.70. The former championships mark was 2:14.78 set by Alexey Ziinovyev in 2008.
