SHANGHAI - Cesar Cielo Filho wins the gold medal in the 50 metres butterfly at the FINA World Championships.

The Brazilian swimmer, who has been cleared to compete by the Court of Arbitration for Sport three days ago, clocked 23.10 seconds.

Silver and bronze went to Australian Matthew Targett and Geoff Huegill, second and third in 23.28 and 23.35 respectively.
