Antwerp, Belgium, will host the 31st European Swimming Championships in 2012, LEN announced yesterday.

The contest will take place in a temporary pool installed in the Sportpaleis, from May 16-27.

LEN also allocated the 15th European Short Course Swimming Championships to the French city of Chartres, November 22-25, 2012.

The schedule was updated this past weekend at the LEN Congress in Reykjavik.

This year’s SC Europeans will take place in Szczecin (POL) while the 32nd LC Europeans were already awarded to Berlin (August 13-24, 2014).
