Swimming Japan has been forced to move the Japan Open swim meet to Osaka, following the catastrophic earthquake

Swimming Japan has been forced to move the Japan Open swim meet to Osaka, following the devastating 8.9 magnitude earthquake that struck the country on March 11.

The meeting was scheduled at the Tatsumi International Swim Centre in Tokyo from May 20-22.

The decision was made following a report assessing damage to the facility caused by the catastrophic earthquake.
