Italian Prosecutor Donatella Pavone has ruled for the reopening of the Acqua Aniene swimming club in Rome.

The club, managed by Giovanni Malago, was closed because of investigation for alleged illegal building practices, at the end of 2009 Worlds.

Several athletes, including Olympic champion Federica Pellegrini, protested against the closure last September.
