Dale Oen set 9th best in the world for 100 breast. USA, fast times for Phelps and Lochte

Norway: at nationals in Trondheim, Alexander Dale Oen, European champion, confirmed that he is finding consistent speed, his 1:00.79 win in the 100m breaststroke confirming him as 9th best in the world so far this year and 4th fastest European.

The continental summer showcase and title defence for Dale Oen are just around the corner in Budapest early next month.
