Aya Terakawa retires
Japan's Olympian Aya Terakawa has announced her retirement from the sport. The 29-year-old won Olympic bronze medals in the 200 backstroke and with the 400 medley relay last year in London. She also get bronze in the 50 and 100 backstroke at this year's Worlds.

Gould and Nelms help swimming clinic in Fiji Islands
Australian Olympian Shane Gould and her husband Milt Nelms held a free swimming clininc at Fiji Islands. The pair observed how coaches at Tritons Swimming Club were teaching to children and advised them over areas they considered to be mainly developed.
